What are you waiting for? It'll take a couple of hours at most and might lead to your dream job. The worst that happens is you don't get it and you wasted a couple of hours. Yeah, form-filling is boring, but you're an ass-kicking professional adult. Stop worrying about how to tell them you're a pro-active self-starter and demonstrate it by ACTUALLY APPLYING.
